Plus, with our Molchanova.school branch in Dahab, there's no need to bring your own gear. Everything you need can be rented on-site.
Where Will We Dive?
Blue Hole: This 90-meter-deep vertical cave is encircled by coral reefs and filled with crystal-clear waters. It's a calm oasis with no waves or currents and warm temperatures year-round. Under the surface, you'll discover colorful reefs and marine life, such as the vibrant midnight parrotfish and unicornfish.
Lighthouse: A vibrant reef right off the shore, Lighthouse is home to a diverse array of marine life. Expect to see large Napoleon fish, moray eels, seahorses, and, at night, the elusive red Spanish dancers and squids. This site is also known for its stunning 9-20 meter deep underwater algae strip, creating a mesmerizing spectacle.

A full day off to let bodies adapt—sleep in, stroll the promenade, sample Bedouin coffee. No formal programme until a casual sunset gathering to trade stories.

Back on the mooring lines for depth or hang-time goals, refining fin strokes and free-fall posture; the evening lecture explores dive psychology and mental rehearsal.

Morning dives push personal limits; at 17:00 the group drives into the mountains for a sound-bath meditation amid desert echoes—a powerful way to integrate progress.

A second rest day to stretch, hydrate and enjoy the Red Sea cafés; after dusk an in-depth workshop answers individual questions and previews Blue Hole logistics.

Travel to Dahab’s legendary Blue Hole for controlled depth training on its vertical walls, soaking in the arena-like atmosphere before returning for a debrief.

No. Because Blue Hole and Lighthouse slots must be booked in advance, your deposit is non-refundable.

For the basic course you only need swimwear and something to take notes with; the school supplies all specialised equipment.
