The best adventure you'll ever have won't come from a search engine.
It'll come from the right person — someone who knows the water, the mountain, or the trail better than anyone alive. Someone who'll teach you what they know in a group small enough to remember your name.
We find those people. You find your adventure.
They're among 12 extraordinary hosts on ZeroCrowds — including three world champions.
Why ZeroCrowds exists
Adventure travel is caught between two broken models. Mass platforms treat guides as interchangeable listings — competing for visibility alongside everyone who bought a paddleboard last summer. The world's best guides, meanwhile, are invisible. They run their businesses through word of mouth, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp groups.
We started ZeroCrowds because we believed the guide is the experience. A freedive in Dahab is a holiday activity. A freedive in Dahab with the world record holder is a story you'll tell for the rest of your life.
So we built a different kind of marketplace. One where the host is the product — their name, their story, their expertise front and center. Where groups are capped at 6-8 travelers, always. Where a kitesurfing world champion teaches beginners, and an expedition captain leads you across the Drake Passage.
And we added something no one else has: the co-host model. Influencer-athletes who bring their communities to an adventure and join them for it. Not a sponsored post. A real experience where followers become fellow travelers.
Three non-negotiables
Zero Crowds.
Not a marketing line — a rule. Groups of 6-8 people, maximum. That's it. You'll share every adventure with a handful of like-minded travelers, not a crowd of strangers. 30% of our travelers come back. That doesn't happen in groups of 30.
Zero Stress.
Your host handles the adventure — the instruction, the route, the in-water or on-trail decisions. We handle everything else — booking, communication, logistics, gear checks. You show up ready. That's all.
Zero Limits.
World champions who teach beginners. That's not a contradiction — it's the point. Alexey Molchanov takes first-time freedivers from zero to 30 meters in a week. Mitu Monteiro puts complete beginners on a kiteboard on day one.
Something new: the co-host
Your favorite athletes don't just post about adventures. On ZeroCrowds, they invite you along.
A co-host is an athlete or creator who brings their community to an adventure — and joins them for it. The host leads. The co-host participates alongside you. Your fellow travelers are people who already share your interests.
It's not a brand deal. There are no scripts, no content obligations, no awkward sponsorship moments. Just a real adventure with people who follow the same things you do — led by someone world-class.
Two founders. That's the point.
Two people who believe adventure travel should be personal, not mass-produced. We're travelers ourselves — and we built ZeroCrowds because we couldn't find what we were looking for.

Small groups by design.
We don't have a sustainability department. We have small groups. When 6 people visit a reef instead of 60, the reef does better. When your guide lives on the island year-round, the money stays there. When travelers are matched to adventures that actually fit them, fewer trips go wrong and fewer resources are wasted. That's not a policy. That's how we're built.
A tree is planted with every booking. Your carbon footprint is calculated. But we won't call ourselves "eco" until we've earned it — and we're honest about the distance between intention and certification.
What's next
We're just getting started. More hosts, more destinations, deeper tools for guides, and a growing community of travelers who come back because the first adventure changed something.
We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the one you remember.
