This agreement outlines how ZeroCrowds works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using our platform, you're accepting these terms and our Privacy Policy.

For Adventurers

When you book with ZeroCrowds:

  • You need to be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by an adult
  • You agree to honestly share your skills and physical abilities
  • You're responsible for having the right travel documents and insurance
  • You acknowledge that adventure activities come with inherent risks
  • You understand that ZeroCrowds is a platform connecting you with independent hosts and does not assume liability for activities
  • You agree to follow all safety instructions and environmental guidelines
  • You commit to treating hosts and fellow adventurers with respect

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and displayed before booking
  • For most adventures, cancellations made 14+ days before the start date receive a full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations 7-13 days before may receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before are typically non-refundable
  • If a host cancels, you'll receive a full refund or help finding an alternative experience
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.) may affect refund policies

For Hosts

When you offer experiences through ZeroCrowds:

  • You must maintain valid certifications and insurance for your activities
  • You agree to accurately represent your qualifications and experience
  • You will provide clear safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • You are responsible for verifying adventurer qualifications when needed
  • You commit to upholding our safety and sustainability standards
  • You will treat all adventurers with respect and professionalism
  • Commission fees and payment details are covered in your host agreement

Platform Guidelines

  • ZeroCrowds is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Content cannot be reproduced without permission
  • The platform may not be used for illegal or harmful activities
  • We reserve the right to remove users who violate our terms

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continuing to use ZeroCrowds after changes means you accept the new terms. Questions?
