Oksana Molchanova

Hi, I’m Oksana Molchanova, lead instructor at the Natalia Molchanova Freediving School. I’ve been diving deep since 2004 and now guide students from their very first pool breath-holds through advanced ocean depths.

I teach all levels of Molchanovs training—L1, L2 and L3 pool courses as well as W1, W2 and W3 open-water programs—both in person (Moscow, Dahab, Kashe, Maldives, Cuba) and online. I’m also a certified JLI children’s instructor, welcoming young freedivers aged 5 to 18 into the water with playful safety drills.

As an AIDA International “C”-category judge in pool and depth disciplines and a member of the Freediving Federation’s judging committee, I ensure every event and certification meets the highest standards. Whether you’re taking your first breath-hold or chasing a new depth record, I bring two decades of passion, precision and support to every session—helping you discover how limitless your underwater world can be.

SAFETY

Safety is the protocol

Safety comes first in my classes. We follow Molchanovs safety protocols, never dive alone, and actively practice buddying, rescue, and first-aid skills as part of our curriculum. With juniors, I focus on building confidence through safe water habits and age-appropriate skills
