Fieldwork has taken me from paddling the entire coast on the Conquest Coast Expedition to mapping forgotten villages as a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. Sustainability and local partnership anchor every itinerary: we move on foot or bike, overnight in family pensions, and pause long enough to meet the cultures that shaped the landscape. Whether you crave a week of switch-back cliffs, a kayak to secret coves, or a storytelling evening under olive trees, I’ll craft an adventure that takes you beyond the ordinary—one trail at a time.

• Co-founder & co-author of the Carian Trail (≈ 800 km; Turkey’s longest way-marked hiking route) and its official guidebooks.
• Professional licensed guide since 2009, leading trekking, sea-kayaking, canyoning and cultural journeys for international groups across Turkey. 
• Expedition paddler on the Conquest Coast Expedition (2007) — first continuous sea-kayak journey from the Syrian border (Hatay) to İstanbul.
• Member of the Cultural Routes Society, actively designing new hiking and biking trails nationwide.

Safety frames every journey I design. Each route is GPS-verified, delivered to your phone via a Wikiloc link, and backed by a 24/7 WhatsApp hotline plus a luggage-transfer crew for on-trail support.

For bike and kayak tours I supply top-tier POC helmets, VPD knee- and elbow-pads, and a 4×4 support vehicle carrying a mechanic, medical kit, and spare gear. When conditions or forecasts slip outside our comfort zone, we reroute or wait it out—because the best stories only happen when everyone gets home safely.
