Reviews

''It’s early morning—around 6:30. Still half‑asleep, I pull on my wetsuit, grab my fastest fins, cover every bit of skin I can from the rising sun, and climb into the boat.

Our guide drains the last of his coffee. “They’re here already,” he says, scanning the water. The boat edges toward the fleeting dorsal fins, guessing their path. He whistles softly, inviting a slice of the wild to let us join the pod. “They’re under the bow now—one at a time, nice and slow.” Deep breath…

I slip beneath the surface—and then… How can I describe the moment when, on one of those mornings, so many dolphins surrounded us that the only option was to dissolve completely into their rhythm and their clicks? It became pure meditation, utterly thought‑free.

I chose one dolphin from the pod (or maybe he chose me). He veered left—I veered left. He turned right—I followed right. He came up for a breath, beak breaking the surface—I inhaled with him… and down we dove again, again, again. Words fail me.

After several of these dives in a row, my lungs finally reminded me I’m human. I swear that dolphin slowed his pace, waiting for me. He hovered near the surface until my breathing calmed.

Scientists have explanations for how dolphins respond to humans in the water. My imagination painted an entire conversation. It felt cosmic.

None of this would have happened without the perfect blend of people, flawless organisation, and the sea’s blessing.

Thank you, again and again, Olga & Pete'' — Natalya

''A week that turned my world upside down! When you long for something so intensely, walk toward it for so long, and then—suddenly—it happens. Tears of joy at the sheer beauty of this world, at how vast it is, and yet how immense a single person can feel within it. A tremor at touching perfection. Moments that felt endless, yet slipped by in a flash.

An incredible journey I’ll be talking about for a long time to come. For now, simply—thank you to the two people without whom none of it would have happened: Olya and Pete!'' — Veronika
